My First Week on the keto Diet: Results and Meal Ideas

To stay in ketosis,I focused on meals rich in healthy fats,moderate protein,and minimal carbohydrates. Typical foods included avocados, eggs, nuts, leafy greens, and fatty fish. Such as, breakfast ofen consisted of scrambled eggs with spinach and avocado, while dinner might be grilled salmon with a side of roasted vegetables.

Consistency is key when starting keto.tracking your macros and staying hydrated can make a big difference. Additionally, incorporating intermittent fasting or regular exercise can enhance results. Remember, everyone's body reacts differently, so patience is essential.
